These terms apply to flights booked with Somtravel Agency on this website. By booking you accept these terms and the airline's fare rules.

Prices and payment

  • All prices include taxes and our service fee. You always pay in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Prices shown in other currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK) are approximate, converted at the day's exchange rate.
  • Card: your booking is confirmed when the payment is completed.
  • Bank transfer: your seats are reserved, but the ticket is only issued when we have received the payment. If payment has not arrived in time, the airline cancels the reservation automatically (normally after 6 days, earlier for departures soon) and the price may change.

Your booking

  • Names must be exactly as in the passport. Name corrections may cost a fee or require a new ticket.
  • You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, vaccinations and other entry requirements for every country on your trip.
  • Baggage allowance and other conditions are shown with each flight and follow the airline's rules.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • Changes and refunds follow the airline's fare rules. Many cheap tickets cannot be refunded; taxes can normally be refunded.
  • Paid bookings are changed or cancelled by contacting us. We may charge a service fee for the work — we will tell you the price before we make any change.
  • If the airline cancels or changes your flight, we help you with rebooking or refund according to the airline's rules and EU passenger rights.

Our responsibility

We act as an agent between you and the airline. The airline is responsible for carrying out the flight. We are responsible for booking correctly and passing on your payment and information.
